Simple terms, no surprises

Reframed helps you see how well your CV matches a job and then tailor your CV for that role. The usual flow is:

• You add a job description (paste, link, or our Chrome extension on a job page) and your CV as a .docx file.
• Alignment check: we analyse how your CV fits the posting, score the fit, and show what could improve if you reframe.
• CV reframe: from your alignment result you can run a reframe that rewrites wording and emphasis to better match the role. It is meant to reflect what you already have, not to invent employers, dates, qualifications, or experience you do not have.

Output is a downloadable .docx. Pro subscribers can also download a PDF export of the reframed document from the results page.

You are responsible for reviewing the reframed CV before you send it to anyone. Reframed is built to stay truthful to your background, but AI can sometimes misread or rephrase content in a way you did not intend. Always check the output.

• Free accounts: you get a limited number of alignment checks per day. When you use one, the count resets on a daily schedule shown in the product.
• Pro: a paid subscription (billing through Stripe) includes unlimited alignment checks, unlimited reframes while your subscription is active, and PDF export of reframed CVs. Exact price and currency are shown at checkout.
• Tokens: if you are not on Pro, each CV reframe costs one token. You can buy token packs through Stripe. Tokens do not expire while your account exists, until you use them.
• All purchases are final. Because access and tokens are delivered straight away, we do not offer refunds as a default. If something fails on our side for a specific charge or reframe, contact us and we will make it right where it is fair.

Each upload is processed and then deleted as part of that run, unless you use Save for next time, in which case we keep one copy of your .docx so you can reuse it. We keep alignment results for 2 days and reframed documents for 7 days so you can open them again, then we delete them automatically unless you remove them sooner. Reframed helps you present your experience more clearly for a given role. It does not guarantee interviews or offers. Hiring decisions are made by people and systems outside our control.

Do not use Reframed to create fraudulent credentials or to misrepresent your qualifications. The tool is for reframing real experience, not fabricating it.

We aim to keep Reframed available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, limit, or discontinue features. If we ever shut down the service, unused tokens you paid for will be refunded where we can process them. We will explain any other steps on the site or by email where we can reach you.

Reframed is provided as-is. We are not liable for outcomes from using a reframed CV, including rejected applications or misunderstandings caused by AI wording. Always review your output before you submit it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after we post changes means you accept the updated terms. We will not materially reduce your rights without clear notice.
